Prepare the Procurement

III.C.1. In-depth market analysis

Estimated Execution Time

1-2 weeks

Objective

To carry out an in-depth market analysis to understand the current state of the art, market trends and emerging innovative solutions to overcome the targeted healthcare challenge. This will allow to stablish the innovation maturity level of the market, to which extent is the challenge cover and what is critically missed.

This involves identifying available technologies, suppliers, and innovation trends to assess market capacity, readiness, and gaps, building on the preliminary State-of-the-Art (SOTA) Analysis generated in II.C.1. The findings will help design an effective Open Market Consultation (OMC) (III.C.2) and shape a realistic, evidence-based procurement strategy for the PCP or PPI project.
